arising from the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide valid identification documents, tax-related information, proof of address, original purchase receipts and any other documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor prior to prize fulfilment.
By participating in the Promotion, participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of their personal information by the Sponsor and its authorized agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, conducting audits, handling consumer queries and, where permitted by law, sending promotional and marketing communications. Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participants may be required to grant additional permissions for specific marketing activities where required by applicable law.
By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, city of residence, testimonial and any content submitted in connection with the Promotion for advertising, publicity, promotional and marketing purposes across any media now known or subsequently developed without additional compensation, notification or consent except where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, interruption, technical malfunction, network failure, system error, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, data corruption, website downtime or any other circumstance that may affect participation in the Promotion or the awarding of prizes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, directors, officers, employees and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise or affect the administration, fairness, security, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be published on the contest website and shall become effective immediately upon publication. Continued participation following such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By participating in the Promotion, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
